1. Breakfast Shake
8oz. water 1 cup of ice
Whey protein Teras whey (organic grass fed)
2 scoops of Great lakes collagen powder
Amazing grass wheat grass powder
1 tsp of stevia
1/4 cup of organic mixed berries
1 cup of organic spinach
BLEND!

Veggie Omelet
2 Eggs
1 cup of spinach
¼ cup of bell pepper
Sea salt
Pepper
Salsa and avocado on top
2. Snack
3. Lunch
- Green leaf salad
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- Raw beets
- Chix
- Goat cheese
Dressing; Olive oil, salt, a nd lemon juice
4. Dinner
- Bone broth chicken soup
- Carrots
- Celery
- Green Onions
- Himalayan Pink Salt
5. Desert
Before 8 pm
- Small handful of raspberries (approx 4)
- A small slice of Hail Merry’s almond butter chocolate tart
6. Hydration
60 oz. of water daily (half my body weight)
