I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2014. After years of irregular menstrual cycles and infertility, I decided to seek help. I was referred to Kristi and Holistic Nutrition Center from my chiropractor, Dr. Tony Fedoryk, from E.T. Chiropractic, and I decided to give them a call.
It was the best decision I ever made.
Kristi helped get me on track with better eating habits and supplements to suit my PCOS diagnosis, and help boost my fertility. I finally started to have a regular menstrual cycle.
