What I eat in a day

What i use
  • 1. Breakfast Shake

    8oz. water 1 cup of ice
    Whey protein Teras whey (organic grass fed)
    2 scoops of Great lakes collagen powder
    Amazing grass wheat grass powder
    1 tsp of stevia
    1/4 cup of organic mixed berries
    1 cup of organic spinach


    Veggie Omelet

    2 Eggs
    1 cup of spinach
    ¼ cup of bell pepper
    Sea salt
    Salsa and avocado on top

  • 2. Snack

    Organic carrots or celery Artisana almond butter

  • 3. Lunch

    1. Green leaf salad
    2. Avocado
    3. Tomatoes
    4. Raw beets
    5. Chix
    6. Goat cheese

    Dressing; Olive oil, salt, a nd lemon juice
  • Dinner

    1. Bone broth chicken soup
    2. Carrots
    3. Celery
    4. Green Onions
    5. Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 5. Desert

    Before 8 pm
    1. Small handful of raspberries (approx 4)
    2. A small slice of Hail Merry's almond butter chocolate tart
  • 6. Hydration

    60 oz. of water daily (half my body weight)
